• STORE CREDIT ONLY will be given for returns, NO CASH BACK.
• Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 business days.
• All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice.

Hfindings.com has the right to void any orders or transactions made by customers due to typographical errors or errors in pricing. Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Hfindings.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product at an incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or not.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

• Beads, bangles, cut chains, earrings, hollow charms, lockets, wire and special order items.
• No warranty is given for any item with a spring mechanism or if any work was performed on the item.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders must contain a minimum of $25.00 worth of merchandise (before shipping) in order to be shipped.

We will try to ship any order placed by 3:00 PM EST the same day (1:00 PM on Fridays). Any order placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. If an item is not in stock we will ship partial and backorder all other items, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: We will ship orders via the UPS or FedEx delivery service specified by the customer. A. Herschlag Inc. will not be responsible for delays due to carrier errors or delays. What happens after the package leaves our showroom is beyond our control.
